We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Perishable goods (e.g. pet food) once opened
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
